How to use the online shop

The best way to use the shop is to sign in! The sign in button is found towards the bottom of the main page just above the About Us section. Create an account by entering your email. This makes placing orders faster and allows you to favourite products on the website. Your favourites section acts like a wishlist!

The shop is set up in categories to help you find the products you're looking for. There is also a magnifying glass on the top right of your screen. This is a search bar that will help you find products easily!

1. Can I order products that aren't listed on the site?

Yes you can! If we are able to source it from our wholesalers we will be able to get it to you at a competitive price. Contact us with any product requests or add it to the comments section of your order.

2. What customer support help do you offer?

We're available every Wednesday from 11am-6pm by phone (0400560800) for any questions on products or tips and tricks on how to use them. If you have a question outside our shop open hours please don't hesitate to email us at tracey@createcraft.com.au

3. What are your shipping options?

Currently our shipping option is in-store pickup or flat rate shipping of AUD $12 for any order within Australia. For overseas shipping please email us before pacing your order for a shipping quote.

4. Do you have a "real" store?

Yes we do! Every Wednesday our shop is humming with creativity! Come along and see what we're up to! We are located at 23 Fraser Drive, Horsham, Victoria, Australia 3400

5. Is Create Craft a secure site?

Create Craft acknowledges the importance of online security. We've made sure your shopping experience is a secure one. All data that you give us is encrypted, we process your credit card information in a responsible manner and don't share any information given to us by our customers.

6. Pricing

We aim to keep our prices as low as possible as a thank you for supporting a local business! All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. They are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Payment Types and Terms

We offer several payment methods including PayPal, direct debit and either cash or credit card on pick-up. We've taken extensive measures to ensure transaction security.

9. What is your return policy?

Each return will be dealt with personally on an individual basis. Please note: no product can be returned opened unless it is faulty.
